I recently spent New Year's at a guesthouse in Patong and had a fantastic experience. the owners were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They were able to communicate in multiple languages and were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. the location of the guesthouse was perfect. It was conveniently situated near all the popular hot spots, restaurants, and beaches, making it easy for me to explore the area. Lastly, I really appreciated the fact that the guesthouse offered motorcycle rentals right on the premises. It was convenient and allowed me to easily get around and explore the beautiful surroundings.

I was initially promised airport transfers but they never materialized. This was a bit disappointing as it would have made my arrival and departure much more convenient.

The hotel is about 30 minutes walk to the beach and a little less to Bangla road. Friendly and helpful owners, room nice, clean, not noisy at night. Near is 7eleven shops and eateries.

Owned by three very nice italian guys! 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min to the big shopping mall. the rooms are nice and clean!

The room in the highest floors are very noisy because of the waterpump wasn`t a problem for me but if someone has a light sleep...

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phuket and I can't recommend it enough. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable and I couldn't believe the level of comfort and service I received for such a great price. The attention to detail was also superb. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, just about 5 minutes further than the shopping center, so it was close enough to all the action but also in a quieter area. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a powerful AC unit to keep me cool in the hot weather. I also loved having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. And to top it all off, breakfast was included, which was a wonderful added bonus. my experience at this hotel was top-notch and I would definitely stay here again.

I always go back to this guesthouse. They helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, a car park, a bar, a restaurant, an electric kettle. Can't wait to come back for my holiday.

The staff was really nice and the place is enough far from the noisy city center, you can rent scooters everywhere if you want to visit. Wifi available in the room. Really good. Satisfied in general

Not so clean with hairs and stains on the bedsheet and pillow case. Bed quite hard.

Great Value for Money and Friendly Staff!

I recently visited a guesthouse in Phuket and was treated to a fantastic experience. The budget price was incredible for the quality of the rooms, which were newly decorated and had powerful AC units. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even offered great advice on where to shop and eat in the area. One additional advantage was the location, which was close to convenience stores and a market for street food.

The hotel was poorly designed and there were no elevators, which was a bit of a hassle. the noise throughout the night was a significant disturbance, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Really nice staff. Let me keep my bags there the next day as I was flying at night time. Also let me use their computer to print out a few things. Room was great value. Great location of hotel for the price.

Been to Phuket many times, is first time we stay at this hotel. But is not friendly. I was terrified. We are request need frist floor room because my leg is seriously injured. However, they are still arranged for me to stay fourth floor and top floor.. Negotiations with the boss, is still the need to pay more money to change the lower room. I am very surprised by their attitude towards tourists. Each hotel will provide two bottles of drinking water a day. But the hotel told us that when we check out of drinking water a day pay. Let us very dissatisfied. Because before arrival no description. The room is also no menu of the drinking water fees. We will not come this hotel again . and will not introduce to my friend.

Reasonably priced in view of it's relative proximity to Patong Beach

You can enjoy the excitement of the area, but also have some peace and quiet when you return. - the guesthouse offers affordable motorcycle rental services, making it easy to explore the area. - the owner and staff are kind, helpful, and correct. They make you feel at home and provide useful information about using the facilities in the room. - the guesthouse is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and markets, providing everything you need within a short walking distance.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any questions regarding the area or whatever we needed. The location is perfect, as it is near to everything and on a spectacularly scenic river. The hotel facilities were great with clean rooms and good parking. We enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel every day.
